class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>For a certain type of contract, the law explicitly prescribes that in order for a contract to be valid, it has to be concluded in written form (eg the sale of real estate). However, in order to enable the undisturbed legal circulation of real estate, the Law on Ownership and Other Real Rights stipulates that the land register is considered to truly and fully reflect the factual and legal condition of the real estate.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, a conscientious third party who buys real estate from a non-owner who was (falsely) registered in the land register as the owner, has acquired full ownership of the real estate. That is why it is necessary to harmonize the land register situation with the real one in order to prevent situations in which non-registry owners lose their real estates in just explained way.<\/p>\n<p>The law office provides land registry services through individual correct proceedings or by filing lawsuits before the competent court.
